| What is energy? |
Energy can be described as the capacity for vigorous activity. When you have enough energy you feel great. When you don’t have enough energy you feel tired, inactive
and un-productive. |
| Where does energy come from? |
The Krebs Cycle, which is a series of enzymatic reactions, serves as the main source of cellular energy throughout the human body. If your cells are “tired” how much energy do you think you’ll have to get you through the day? The answer is Not much! |

| Can I increase my energy levels? |
Recognized as a miracle antioxidant, Coenzyme Q10 is vital to the operation of
the Krebs cycle. CoQ10 is essential to the production of energy (as ATP) in the mitochondria, the power plants of every cell in your body. Without enough CoQ10 in your body, you cannot make adequate ATP, leading to fatigue and lack of energy! |

| The CoQ10 - Energy Connection |
Energy is life, and CoQ10 is a vital catalyst in the energy cycle and therefore to life itself. In each cell of our body there are sub-cellular components called mitochondria. Energy production in the body results from complex biochemical processes, involving what is called the electron transport system. Take CoQ10 out of the mitochondria in a cell and you have a cell unable to produce any energy. If deficiency exists, the result is mitochondria that malfunction. If a serious deficiency exists it may fail to generate energy altogether leading to disease. |
