Avocado & Banana Smoothie

Here’s a simple and creamy smoothie that is nutritious.  You can add your favorite fruit or spices like cinnamon or turmeric too.

 

Ingredients:

½ medium avocado

1 medium ripe banana

1 cup spinach (fresh or frozen)

1 cup milk (or coconut milk or coconut water, or almond milk)

 

Directions:

Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.  Serve immediately.
