    Question: I take 200 Mg of Qunol CoQ10 per day with the dose being split between lunchtime and after dinner. I take a statin. My question is: is it possible that taking this much CoQ10 expecially the 100 Mg at night contributing to my inability to sleep? I ask the question since in reading this article it mentions how Q10 helps with energy and decreasing fatigue so I thought perhaps it could be contributing to my problem by takin 200 mg and perhaps the dose at nighttime. Thank you

    Currently I am only taking one per day but it seems to wear off ion the afternoon

    I just started. Qunal CoQ10. I have seen. or felt a difference in my sleep habits. I have more energy during the day. I am 70 years of age and I am hoping that these affects will continue. Thank you.

    Qunol , I went to Costco in Santa Clara there is where I bought liquid Qunol CoQ 10 . I’m diabetic with high blood pressure. I have notice of significant change in my my reading of my blood pressure and my sugar levels sense I have been taking liquid CoQ-10 and it’s so amazing I want to express this product is wonderful !
