Ingredients:
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 tablespoon chia
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tbsp of Qunol Liquid Turmeric
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 kiwi
- 1 banana
Instructions:
1) Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl, adding 2 tablespoons of Qunol Liquid Turmeric
