Beet Juice Recipe: 

 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 small to medium beet 

  • 1 large carrot 

  • 1/2 lemon 

  • 1-2 small chunks of ginger (to taste) 

 

Needs: 

  • Juicer  

 

Directions: 

  1. Rough chop all ingredients into large chunks 

  1. Add ingredients into juicer one grouping at a time. 

  1. After all ingredients have been juiced, stir juice in the pitcher 

  1. Pour juice in a glass over ice or enjoy as is! 

Blender directions: 

  1. Rough chop all ingredients into small to medium size chunks. 

  1. Pile all ingredients into blender. Add water. 

  1. Blend until thick - it may not be juice consistency. 

  1. Use a strainer or cheesecloth to strain juice from ingredient pulp. 

  1. Pour juice in a glass over ice or enjoy as is!|
